Appointments:

Appointments must be scheduled in advance at a mutually agreeable time and day and confirmed via email. Appointments will take place within the patient's own home, unless otherwise discussed. Appointments are strictly 60 minutes, unless discussed in advance.

During appointments, we understand that there may be distractions at home or with little ones. This is one of the many reasons why we want to support patients who have children by coming to their own home environment. However, we need to ensure we are always on time for the next patient. Any delays during the appointment will be absorbed into the appointment time. Thank you for your understanding.

 

Rescheduling or Cancelling appointments:

Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice or more, when possible, without a cost incurred.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice shall be charged in full. This is due to the bespoke nature of The Womens Physio and scheduling time for travelling to and from patients’ homes.
 

Payments:

Payment shall be requested in advance to each session commencing. On booking, a payment link shall be sent to you either via email or to your mobile device. Payment will need to be settled in order to secure your booking, at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. If online banking is not available to you, cheque or cash payment is also accepted. Please note, The Womens Physio is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) for your data protection and information rights.
Atina (Tina) Cox is regulated by the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) and is a member of The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP), and The Pelvic, Obstetric, and Gynaecological Physiotherapy (POGP).
