“If there’s one thing I say over and over again after meeting some of my incredible patients, it’s that…women are amazing!!

Through my profession, I have met many women who have not had the opportunity to ask for help or have had to “put up with” their symptoms. It is now time to focus on making sure this help is available to more women just like you, within the comfort of your own home.”

About the Founder

Tina’s passion for physiotherapy started at the young age of 13, when she had major bilateral foot operations. Tina required daily input from physiotherapy in order to re-learn how to walk. Since having her three children, all via caesarean section, and working with women of varying ages on Obstetric & Gynaecology wards within the NHS, she has been determined to provide care to those on discharge, who need it most within their own homes.

Her mission is to provide patients with support, advice and education, treatment and bespoke and realistic plans to recover and progress. Tina’s ethos has always been to focus on individual patient needs and to ensure they have the skills to continue progressing on their own.
